IIRC cyber-attacks and breaches on datacenters must be reported to the authorities if the datacenter is in the USA. I suspect it was either an upgrade or move to a different datacenter that went wrong. The vendor is upgrading our templates this morning, so all looks good. There is no power struggle going on, please don't post crap like this.
