Pubs and bars in parts of Thailand a step closer to 4am closing

4 am closing time means more drunks on the roads, more noisy people heading home late at night and disturbing neighbours who have to get up for work in the morning. Most people can manage their entertainment hours to finish by 1 am so let’s keep to that.

A postive thing that bars have the chance to open late,if no customers then they close without problems.If many customers then they are good in shape for the tourist season. But we know where the late night bars are anyway in thailand and the city u live in

No it means the same people doing the same things but over a longer/later period/time!
