The reason no one is answering your questions is because with just a bit of searching, you would see that foreigners CANNOT legally own land in Thailand. That makes answering any other questions mute.

Also, farming is a prohibited occupation. There are of course, "workarounds" for all these impediments, but it requires a lot of work, and IMO, time in country before beginning.
