There are reputable sources for those who want to understand the benefits and limitations of AI, as it is today. The costs of AI are real, and not fake nonsense. There are flimflam men who pretend to be leaders in the field of AI, many from India, by the way, and some from San Francisco, as we all know. But AI is not nonsense. AI may kill off all of mankind, and the risk is real, and the risk derives from the intentional weaponization of of AI systems. But even more deadly is the fact that soon, if not now, AI and other tools will make it far easier to develop bio-weapons using viruses that have been manipulated to be unstoppable, once released, and having a 100-percent fatality rate. This is not fiction, and it is not fear-mongering.
