After all they are available around the clock. Is it any surprise that after a ringtone for about a minute, there was the voice message, "sorry there has been no answer from your requested number"? Just go through the reviews and click on the pictures which show the serial number. Warranty; Seagate Ironwolf 3-Years, Seagate Ironwolf Pro 5-Years The 4TB are 5,900 RPM.
