A jealous husband in Thailand arranged a confrontation with his wife’s alleged lover, which resulted in a violent encounter and death.

The incident unfolded around 12.30am yesterday, January 4 when a 39 year old man Anurak allegedly shot and killed Nathaphon 38 year old in front of a fish restaurant called Rak Pla.

 

The Lopburi City Police Station was alerted to the shooting at a residence in Khao Sam Yot. Deputy Investigating Officer, Somsak Thongkorn, reported the incident to Aphirak Wechakanja, Chief of Lopburi Provincial Police, and Jirin Lamluek, Chief of Lopburi City Police Station.

 

They coordinated with the police evidence team and medical personnel from Ananthamahidol Hospital, along with volunteers from the Pu Tek Tung Foundation, reported Khaosod.

Anurak confessed to arguing with his 40 year old girlfriend, Waewdao, regarding her alleged affair with Nathaphon, his friend. He had invited Nathaphon to discuss the situation, armed with a concealed pistol.

 

I guess it's safe to say negotiations broke down.

It's not my fault, the gun that I had hidden in my pants got all excited and had a premature discharge 

Mistake 1. was agreeing to a meeting with the husband, in what world was this going to end peacefully, if you must bonk another man's wife keep it secret.....rarely works though.

Maybe the Perpetrator is a friend of the reporter?

I must be going dotty, was not this story weeks ago or is it a copycat crime?

Yep the gun accidently got into his hand and his finger accidently pulled the trigger. Was an accident for sure. Got to love Thailand.

How is this considered an accidental death when the man made arrangements to see the lover, carrying a pistol to the meeting? Can someone please explain this me? Maybe I just don't know the true definition of an accident.
