Custom L brackets, where ?

Hi Guys and Gals,

I need to have some L brackets custom-made, preferably from aluminum. 14 x 3 cm, 4 mm thick ... I have a drawing as well.
Does anybody know of an Aluminum work shop who can do some custom work ?
Preferably, Pattaya and surrounding Areas.

I'm going to apologize in advance for what's probably going to seem like an unhelpful post. 

 

Unless I'm looking for a large quantity, I've always found it easier and cheaper to modify my design to accept standard brackets that I can find off the shelf in the metals markets. 

 

In BKK, I'd first be headed to the metals market in Chinatown.  I'm sure someone can chime in with the location in Pattaya or Jomtien, especially given all the marine work that happens there.

Yeah, difficult to find these places in Chonburi. We don't have a China Town as as I know !

Try a place that makes aluminium window frames.  They'll have the materials and the tools to make them.

The problem is that almost all shops that work with Aluminum profiles, all they do is cutting them and putting structures together for windows, etc ...

At least the shops that I've been to, are like that - none were able to accommodate me so far ...

 

I need a shop that can take a 3 mm thick aluminum plate, cut it, punch out the holes, and bend it to my specification.

I don't suppose you found one that can do it in steel by any chance as I need similar?

 

I had some done 10 years or so ago but I think the shop (was south bound on Suk near Pattaya Tai lights from memory) has been gone for a while. I will be looking today so will report back if I find anywhere.
