Thailand news - The body parts of a Burmese man have been found in a freezer in Bangkok, an Indian man is a prime suspect. An elephant has caused injuries to visitors at a Fair in Don Chedi District.

The PM is celebrating the success of measures to mitigate the air pollution in northern Thailand. Is he celebrating too early? Doctors are calling on the Thai government to take TB as seriously as Covid 19.A Chinese tourist drowned off SImilan Islands whilst the body of another Asian man has been picked up nearby.

EV sales in Thailand are booming... up nearly 400% over the past 12 months. And there's a kite festival heading to Pattaya Beach next month.

If this guy is celebrating the success of a program to tackle air pollution he must be off his medications. I have no idea what he's talking about, or where he's talking about, but either he's joking, he's completely delusional, or he's just throwing out another one of his slick sales pitches, hoping someone buys his nonsense.

Exactly...   this is completely delusional...

... Sometimes I wonder if these officials have so much hubris and believe themselves so powerful that their words alone are sufficient to effect change...

... there's definitely an element of King Canute in such behavior.

......and in the UK many people think Sunak is out of touch and delusional.....he has nothing on this guy.

This kind of upfront, in your face, lie has to be counterproductive in the long term.
