Thai Immigration Online 90 day Reporting Disruption

Get ready for more fun and games, that's a considerable amount of time for normal maintenance.

 

Sounds like migration to a new environment and / or lots of hardware  / software changes.

 

Expect the unexpected when it comes back online.

It takes a long time because the two teenager computer technicians they employ to handle the website are only available after school football practice on Saturdays.

This one area I will not criticize other than the needless exercise of having to do it. After receiving a reminder, I submitted mine on Friday and received the approval early Monday morning. Obviously the two lads previously mention, that handle the website had a good result with their football. I've never had a problem doing this on line.

I popped into my office yesterday to do my 90 report, the satisfaction of seeing the IO Muppets actually having to do something far out ways sitting in front of a Heath Robinson IB App.

Despite the signs there promoting the so called online system I shall continue my personal visits.

Will be interesting to see how long the maintenance lasts.

 

My condo owner always fills Tm30 on the first day, he did in September and next day I got the residence certificate, proof of address.

On December 1st after short holiday away from Pattaya, condo owner explained that the online system for registrating and filling TM30 is offline, being upgraded or something and he couldn't file the TM30. So he walked with TM30 paper in hand and submitted it to Pattaya immigration.

 

He said this system is still offline.

So be prepared to wait, their dedicated team of gifted technicians are on it.
