Hunter Biden’s Lawyers Say Feds Mistook ‘Lines of Sawdust’ for Cocaine

Hunter Biden's Legal Battle: Mistaken Identity and Alleged Injustice

Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, finds himself embroiled in a legal saga filled with twists and turns, the latest being a contentious dispute over alleged drug use. His lawyers have launched a scathing attack on the Special Counsel's office, accusing them of a glaring error that could potentially tarnish Biden's reputation.

The crux of the matter revolves around a photograph purportedly depicting lines of cocaine on a wooden plank. Biden's legal team contends that the substance in question is not cocaine but rather sawdust, a misunderstanding they deem reminiscent of a comedic plotline rather than a serious prosecution by the U.S. Department of Justice.

Further unraveling the narrative, it was revealed that the photo was taken by a master carpenter, who, himself a former cocaine addict, orchestrated the shot as a symbolic message of overcoming addiction. The image was sent to Biden by his psychiatrist, Dr. Keith Ablow, as a source of inspiration, highlighting the power of redemption and personal transformation.

However, the fallout from this misinterpretation extends beyond mere embarrassment. Biden's attorneys argue that the prosecution's reckless assertion has unfairly damaged his reputation and undermined his defense. They condemn the sensationalism of the claim, accusing the Justice Department of prejudicing Biden in the court of public opinion.

While the dispute over the photograph continues to unfold, it is merely one chapter in Biden's ongoing legal saga. Facing federal charges related to a 2018 gun purchase, Biden maintains his innocence amidst allegations of political bias and vindictiveness. The collapse of a plea agreement and subsequent tax-related charges further compound his legal woes, with potential consequences including a lengthy prison sentence.

Amidst the legal maneuvering, the recent indictment of Alexander Smirnov, a former FBI informant charged with fabricating claims against Biden, raises questions about the integrity of the case. Biden's lawyers argue that Smirnov's false allegations tainted the investigation, highlighting the perils of pursuing baseless claims and the dangers of unchecked prosecutorial discretion.

As the legal battle rages on, Hunter Biden's plight serves as a cautionary tale about the complexities of justice, the fallibility of human judgment, and the enduring quest for truth amidst a sea of conflicting narratives. In the pursuit of accountability, it is imperative to uphold the principles of fairness, transparency, and impartiality, lest the pursuit of justice itself becomes a casualty of political agendas and personal vendettas.

Fox News pundit Sean Hannity aired photographs of lines of light brown powder that appeared in Hunter Biden's newest court filing, accusing the government of mistaking sawdust for cocaine, and demanded to know if the public agreed.

"They are saying that is saw dust," Hannity declared. "Does that look like saw dust to you?"

"It's on top of a saw," X user @ArtCandee replied.

A yt channel said the photo was a photo of a photo sent to Hunter.

After a good carpentry session I always cut up my sawdust into neat little lines using my credit card as well. I mean, who doesn't?

In fairness it doesn't really look white like cocaine. Looks more like Brown to me.

It seems you are at least a bit informed about drugs. You never joked with flour or sugar lines?

I'd imagine there are millions of ways for that to be arranged .

There's powder spilled on a carpenter's workbench and on the floor around it. Is it logical to think it's brown cocaine?

If I cut up a few lines on the table of a ski chalet balcony, would you assume the mountains were covered in Coke?

PS when I said it was "Brown" I wasn't referring to the colour :whistling:.

Rightwing anger turns into farce.

If you took up gardening to help your recovery, you might send pictures of pint glasses filled with tomatoes or flowers, to show your change of habit.

Never taken cokain myself but I've worked with wood when I was younger and to confuse that saw dust for cokain powder is a bit ridicolous. The granularity doesn't match at all (apart from the color of course). It clearly has bigger pieces of wood throughout instead of being made up of fine grains...

That would be a great idea.

What wouldn't be a great idea would be sending a picture of a Smirnoff bottle full of water to someone who was addicted to alcohol and had a particular penchant for Vodka.

If this guy thinks that sending a mock up of 3 lines of smack to Hunter Biden to aid his recovery from drug addiction then he is an idiot.

Assuming of course it is a mockup and not 3 lines of smack on a woodworking table.

It's not coke. If anything drug related it is smack but I'm more inclined to think it's a terrible attempt at a joke from another dubious character that Hunter associates with.

He's not renowned for great judgement.

Thanks for the laff

Someone intentionally arranged the sawdust to look like cocaine. Probably in the aftermath of some sawing that resulted in something like lines, I have seen that before.

So, the photo is something called a "joke".

Possibly.

But there are funny jokes and stupid jokes.

If I was Hunter (given his history) I'd probably prefer to avoid stupid jokes about snorting class A drugs, alcohol, hookers, speeding etc. At least ones that make it into the public sphere.

But then Hunter Biden seems to lack good judgement. It seems to run in the family. Nurture or Nature? In this case probably both.

I have no idea what you are talking about. Trump's FBI had years to investigate Hunter Biden.

If Hunter Biden is so guilty, why did Russian intelligence have to fabricate stuff on him?

Fbi is corrupt

This is the same Fbi that changed emails about Carter Page to make him appear to be a Russian agent while he was still a CIA asset.

Then, in another renewal application, Clinesmith’s supervisor asked him if Page was a source for the CIA, which could explain his connections with Russia.

Clinesmith sent his supervisor an e-mail from the CIA stating Page was not a source, but the original missive said he was one.

The misleading email was intended to protect Carter Page's status an informant.

Biden's FB? It's ridiculous. Most of the events evoked by the IRS so-called whistleblowers actually occurred under Trump! 😆

Johnny Depp came over to help clean up the mess.  The floor was spotless when he was done.  Great job, JD!

Yes, DT weaponized the IRS.  Just asked Comey, the guy who helped him win in 2016.

More gaslight.

I don't know if the lines are sawdust or cocaine, but if that is all the prosecution's case relies on they might as well pack up and go home now. It's almost as though they wanted Hunter to get off- surely not?
