The Patong Police told the Phuket Express that on Tuesday (February 20th) they arrested a 36-year-old Tunisian man (His name was not given by Patong Police). The arrest came after an unidentified victim filed a report to the Patong Police. The victim told police that a male foreign man stole the victim’s belongings at the end of the Bangla Road.
