About 5pm yesterday I tried to transfer some money from my Kasikorn account to my wife's Kasikorn account using the Kasikorn website as I happened to be on the computer at the time.   The OTP they sent never arrived.  So I transferred the money using the mobile app which worked fine and there's no need for an OTP in the app.   This morning I noticed a message from Kasikorn on my mobile.  The OTP had arrived at 0025, ie about 7 hours after they claim to have sent it.

Has anybody else experienced this sort of delay, and what could have caused it?

 

try rebooting your phone.

Very rarely yes.  Just a one off glitch I'd suggest.
