As of tomorrow i am knocking all the booze on the head, eating healthily, going to the gym daily and trying to be an all round better person. Too much abuse has gone on for too long. both physically and mentally. it's time to become addicted to something else other than alcohol and fast food. watch out, Thailand. a new me is coming it's time to get ripped! bob.
