If there is one thing the young thai birds like its a good body.

That and a Korean complexion.

I suppose 1 out of 2 aint bad!!

bob.

Trust me the good body won't help. I've been hitting the weights for a year now and If I walk down soi 6 within a stone's throw of any young Asian men I'm like a cockroach in the gutter. Then again, they know I'm not going to splash the cash.

Do you enjoy weights? Do you train with others?

Unlike everyone else I applaud this. I'm on a similar journey.

Don't do any with alcohol, that's no fun. Just cut back. Spirits not beer.

Don't go on some crazy diet. Just cut portions and carbs

Exercise. Before joining a gym walk.. walk everywhere and FAST. Start out at home stretching and reward yourself with a gym membership after four months of successful weight loss

Use basic skincare products and simple regiment to rejuvenate your skin.

A new you awaits in sux months.

Nice.

Care to detail your skin care. I'm approaching 60 and never used more than soap. Lol

So you already ordered the steroîds, hormones, and of course the hallucinogen stuff to sustain your wet dreams. Happy for you

Too much abuse has gone on for too long.

It's all online. I've used a website called byrdie.com or something like that. It's very comprehensive

Next BS (Bob Smith) thread…

”I got kicked out of the gym for being an impolite knob”

Or perhaps:

”I got kicked out of the gym for speaking Thai”

”I got kicked out of the gym for drinking a beer on the bench press”

”I got kicked out of the gym for showing a girl the tatt on my willy”

”I got kicked out of the gym for singing ac/dc and meatloaf”

”I got kicked out of the gym for trying to buy benzos”

At your age, any more than twice a week is asking for injuries. Twice a week, good, effective resistance training gives your body time to recover.

If you are serious, be careful, stay safe, don't let your ambitions overrule your actual capabilities of your body at that age.

it is a health retreat package for those who need structure and dicipline, as well help to get started again. We mainly going to focus on those who have had an active life from before, but for some reasons have falled out, and need a little help to get back to solid structured diciplined life again. Who know how it was, and have to motivation to make changes for life. We can provide a good base to get started.

Full day program 6 days a week.

You can walk, row, swim, play tennis,  exercise one muscle group a day, so for a start, it is all about how much intensity you put in. A little activity every day is good for most
