I am going go Bangkok and staying near Nana plaza,

where can I find good quality CBD oil for back pain.

maybe there is somewhere a medical cannabis clinic?

Many of the Government Hospitals have Marijuana Clinics.

You will be able to get CBD oil from one.

I have got my CBD oil from Surin Government hospital for back pain.

Unfortunately it did nothing for me.

Others say it does help.

Its very good but focus of how much percentage canabis oil includes your product.There plenty 5%- 15%- 10% -20% -30% and higher depending between quality and .....price.

Μany of my friends have bought it at 30% canabis oil ratio for medical treatment and found it is very -very effective. Pay attention at canabis oil ratio depending of your symptoms.Safe product no danger for your health and I am against to any prescription drug for many decates ago but this product is safe and mainly very -very effective.

Perfectly safe if you don’t have any Rx interactions, are not on prescription enzymes, have liver issues or suffer from IBS.
 

High percentage CBD ingestion or chronic/constant ingestion can cause diarrhea, fatigue, nausea, dry mouth, reduced appetite, irritability, liver dysfunction, decreased male fertility and blood thinning.

 

”Safe” is relative and phrases like ‘very, very effective’ have been widely disproven.

You are not serious in your claims because my friend gave CBD oil 25% ratio to his 90 year old mother and she is in perfect condition.

She previously suffered :

1.Attrial fibrilation (very -very -very serius heart problem in heart valves 1/4) doctors gave her 3-6 months life and she has been in perfect condition since.......8 years ago.

2.High blood pressure 17 and ...23-24 blood pressure

3.She had already udergone three serious surgeries medical implants with titanium screws for her waist and in order to take doctors cardiologist permission the cardiologist told her "ultra high danger operation"......you are going for trouble......and she is o.k.a.y.

I havent try CBD oil because I do not need it thanks God I am healthy since many years ago no any prescription drug and of course u.n.v.a.c.c.i.n.a.t.e.d no corona because new studies found:

If CBD oil affect you because you are going in.....toilet like magnesium oxide vitamin this is not point for any dispute.

The secret is to pay attention in CBD oil quality and not CBD oil lower price because lower price means lower quality.....(the price of CBD oil in Greek region at ratio between 25% -30% varied approximately €20 for 50 ml bottle).

You can make you're own CBD oil at a fraction of the price of dispensary's. High % CBD strains are suitable and available from growers reasonable prices , MCT coconut oil, available on Lazzada. There are videos on YouTube that go through the process. It's quite easy to make and you can adjust the potency to you're requirements.

Does anyone know if CBD oil can help with diabetic neuropathic pain? And what sort of doses need to be taken to get an effect?

 

I currently take a combination of duloxetine, pregabalin (both approved for neuropathic pain) and tramadol. This combination is outstandingly effective and keeps me totally pain free 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This regimen was first prescribed by a British health specialist in pain medicine in the UK. All The doctors I go to try to get me to come off it the combination and go on to something else, (and especially tramadol when I point out that with the exception of duloxetine and pregabalin there are no drugs at all for neuropathic pain).

 

I told one doctor I would try something else and she prescribed paracetamol purchased through the hospital pharmacy at about 2000 baht for a months therapy. BTW Paracetamol is totally ineffective for neuropathic pain and can be bought as a generic for 1 baht per pill for almost any retail pharmacy.

 

I have been taking this regimen for the past 13 years with no ill effects that I can tell. Tramadol is increasingly hard to obtain in Thailand and from private hospitals is scandalously expensive. 

Thus, I am searching for an alternative, not for efficacy of safety reasons, but for cost. (Note my dose of tramadol is 200mg per day which is below the dose that has ever caused addiction ie 400mg per day in the west. Also 200 mg does not give any sort of a high).
