I want to make a very small pond with some decorative plants in my garden.  is there any suggested service?

The pond is really very small, like less than 1m * 1m.

so it would be a small project with fair price, not some official landscape work.

On a general stance, OP will get for sure far better prices and service in CM,  compared to Phuket or Hua Hin even worse. Places where local service providers are spoilt due to the retirees and tourists foolishly paying and never deeming fit to make a sensible comparison or ask for quotes. To their discharge, there are some crooked pool villa developpers in popular resorts in HUA HIN (HIN LEK FAI), who make a fuss when you just ask for a quote and use very low standard cheap labour with jobs badly done.

At that size easy to do yourself. Just use a builders cement mixing tray ( come in many shapes and sizes )

 

Either free stand or sink into the ground , then surround with plants or rocks whatever .

 

 

 

which part of chiang mai?  For such a small project amd keeping the cost low, you will likely have to find someone local.
