The United States averages roughly 45–50 homicides per day from all causes, and not all of those are shootings. To reach 200 fatal shootings in a single day would imply a homicide rate several times higher than normal. Likewise, claiming there were exactly "10 other stabbings in the UK yesterday" without a source sounds more like a guess than a verified statistic. If you're going to cite numbers, it helps to provide evidence rather than simply making them up.
