Recommend to go to the temples & find your peace. Shopping is also good & please treat yourself with new clothes & good food.

Still running 25 years later, although only 10k now, and still feeling the benefits.

Well, if you were a woman under 25, I could be a [second hand] leisure activity.

You can stop running away now. She's probably half a world away after 25 years.

Take your time,

For sure destructive things like getting drunk, f around, doesnt help, so eat, exercise and sleep it off.

"Jackie Szoboszlai", that sounds like a farang female name.

To make it short: Go back to farang country. You will never be able to compete with the locals.

Enjoy what you can get in farang land.

Never mind...

Is that Russian?

Or Polish maybe?

Your best bet is to go find some comfort in another person's arms. It will happen sooner or later anyway so best to get it over with now. Then move on and find another mate. You will quickly forget how the previous relationship ended and move on into new ones easier.

As for all the other replies. Those will just make the days pass quicker but will not fulfill any loneliness or desires you have. They all failed to mention that by the end of the day they are masturbating alone.

They will love you, on their terms, but low maintenance unlike dogs

Find another guy they will treat you good

Tinder.

There are a lot of activities in my mind.

However, find your own way, maybe not attending bars or drinking like hell or take drugs.

There are expat clubs, gyms, dating "Etablissements", and much more.

If you got friends talk about your situation.🙏

Good luck

Walk into some bars, find a person younger and much better looking than your ex, and enjoy a night (or 3).

simply grow a pair and man up, however if that is not possible try opening a thread on here and asking for advice , Or run home crying to mummy

Ps posting sad emojis on posts like this will just make matters worse , and looks even more pitiful

why not select more than one and do things properly

one could always paint ones bedroom black, develop depression  and anorexia, and eventually end it all in tears,   Or pull oneself together and move on , for god's sake this thread appears to have been inspired by the agony aunts page in a teenage girls magazine.
