Stormy Daniels Calls for Trump's Imprisonment Following Conviction

In the wake of former President Donald Trump’s conviction on 34 counts of falsifying business records, adult film star Stormy Daniels has voiced her belief that he should face prison time. Daniels, who received $130,000 from Trump’s then-lawyer, Michael Cohen, to keep quiet about her alleged affair with Trump, has been a vocal critic of the former president. Following the guilty verdict, she expressed a mix of vindication and ongoing concern for her safety due to threats from Trump’s supporters.

Daniels, 45, did not hold back in her comments to the Sunday Mirror. “I think he should be sentenced to jail and some community service working for the less fortunate, or being the volunteer punching bag at a women’s shelter,” she said. Her remarks underscore her belief that Trump is “completely and utterly out of touch with reality” and that he should face significant consequences for his actions.

The conviction came swiftly, with the jury deliberating for less than 12 hours. This rapid decision, Daniels suggested, indicated that the jurors found her testimony credible. Despite her relief at the verdict, Daniels revealed the continuing difficulties she faces, including ongoing death threats from Trump’s supporters. She has been living with these threats since she first spoke out about the payment made by Cohen, intended to secure her silence in the lead-up to the 2016 US election.

“You always feel like you’re the bad guy, even when you’re not just being up on that standard,” Daniels said, reflecting on the emotional toll of her involvement in the case. She described her time in court as intimidating but was glad that the truth came out during the trial. “It’s not over for me. It’s never going to be over for me. Trump may be guilty, but I still have to live with the legacy,” she added, highlighting the personal cost of her public fight against Trump.

The former president’s conviction marks an unprecedented moment in American history, as it is the first time a US president, current or former, has been criminally convicted. The charge of falsifying business records is serious, involving the crime of making false entries with the intent to commit another crime. Trump’s sentencing is scheduled for July 11 at 10 am ET, a date that could further impact his political future.

Despite the conviction, Trump’s political support appears resilient. His poll numbers have remained stable throughout the trial, though there is a looming uncertainty about whether they might decline following the sentencing. As the presumptive nominee for the Republican Party, Trump’s legal troubles cast a significant shadow over his campaign and his potential return to the White House.

Daniels’ call for Trump to face jail time and her suggestion of community service at a women’s shelter reflect a broader frustration among those who believe that powerful individuals should be held accountable for their actions. Her statements come at a time when public trust in political and judicial systems is deeply tested by high-profile cases like Trump’s.

The conviction is a pivotal moment, not just for Trump but for American politics as a whole. It raises questions about the integrity of leaders and the consequences they face for unethical behavior. As Trump awaits his sentencing, the nation watches closely, divided over whether justice has been served and what this means for the future of American democracy.

Actually she wasn't a hooker. She was a porn actress.

A greedy deceitful gold digger slapper, yes, IMO, but not a hooker.

Trump really should sue her to get the money back.

Have you considered that maybe, just maybe, her reaction is a result of the pressure and threats she has received in order to maintain silence on this whole tawdry affair. Not the sort of straightforward business deal you suggest when it involves the man who would be President.

Trump was caught in a lie. He always lies. His sister was going on TV many times explaining that her brother is psychopathic. He is awful of himself. He doesn’t care one I owe about America. He just wants to be president again so he doesn’t go to jail he’s a liar. He cheats he still and that’s the truth and everybody knows it so why the hell will people believe anything that comes out of Trump smile

Mandatory he should be in Jail and trying to pay off a juror , who voted guilty lol

At least he won't have to pay his sex partners if he's in prison..... they'll give it to him for free.... hmmm if secret service has to be with him, even in prison, does that mean they'll be watching if he gives himself a tug? Asking for a friend....

I see the vitriol is flowing thick and fast in this thread.

Intelligent, articulate, self confident woman sticks up for herself and runs circles around Convicted Felon Trump.

The predictable response follows from

 the predictable sources.

Yeah. Intelligent and articulate. Did she have any speaking roles in her 'films'? Probably not, her mouth was full most of the time.

Thanks for demonstrating the truth of my post.

part of the major problems with the world today is this revenge BS that comes straight out of the bible.  a book that in my opinion is now obsolete as well.  time to get over this eye for an eye BS.  problem is America is a theocracy and will demand its pound of flesh.  personally i think people are a produce to their genes and their f  uped upbringing. Trump was probably a very messed up kid from the beginning.  so i say just keep him out of politics and let him fade away on the golf course.

The elephant in the room here is not Trump, or Stormy. It is the mass of rabid, armed and vicious Trump followers, who will do anything up to and including murder, if they perceive their god to have been wronged., or perceive in their warped collective grey cell that it serves their idea of justice.

The sexual relationship between the two was not a crime by either party, however repulsive it or they may seem. The crime was tax fraud by Trump.

Perhaps a legal beagle here can clarify something.

If someone signs a legal document not to make public some facts, but later reneges on that commitment, is there a legal case to sue her to retrieve all the monies paid for her silence?

Impossible.

Another problem for her is that her movies will now be boycotted by what is likely the core market segment for this type of movies! 😆

It's none of her business but it is fair to say that any other convicted felon who behaved as the disgraced ex president has would be sentenced to prison.

The reality is that any other possible felon in that district would be back on the subway the next day threatening elderly people with an axe or claw hammer. Evansville's you say? Lol

Bizarre post.

Trump is not a possible felon.

He is a convicted felon.

Times 34.

Felonies are not always about violence.

No idea about your Evansville reference.

My post isn't so bizarre  Bragg is famous for reducing felony charges that affect people in his district. Thats why you don't take the subway these days, unless you are Snake Pliskin. You suggested Evansville in another thread so i poked fun at it. Do yourself a favor and avoid Indiana. Lol

I obviously don't have access to that Agreement, but I have an Agreement with a former employer that contains a clause that negates the gag if a crime has been committed.

Some excellent suggestions by Stormy, about the punishments to be handed out to the pussygrabber.

Community service? Sounds fitting for this entitled bloviating lard ass.

You mean taking the money didn't mean she had to keep quiet? Sooooo, she takes that money then talks anyway. She deserves whatever she gets for being a dishonourable <deleted>.

At the time she opened her mouth in contravention of the agreement Trump was not convicted.

did she not break an NDA and should she not go to jail ?

After another offer of not so hush money she changes her tune again? Maybe she thinks she's still in court.

An NDA is almost always a civil matter, very unlikely to be enforced under criminal law.

There are also numerous reasons why an NDA may be voided.
