Reentry Papers

Featured Replies

I have a non immigrant b, multiple entry visa which needs to be renewed on Auguest 14, and work permit. Family death and have to leave country for two months tomorrow. Do I need to get some paper from a consulate in my home country or do i just return and immigration at the airport gives me 3 months? Or do I have to start this process all over again? New to all this. Thank you

If your visa is still valid when you return you will receive a new 90 day permitted to stay stamp (am talking about the date on the visa itself - not your current permitted to stay until date).

If the one year validity of the multi entry visa will have expired you will need to obtain a new visa from a Consulate.
