A monk from a renowned temple in Chiang Mai was involved in a car accident yesterday, sparking an uproar about the appropriateness of monks driving vehicles. Kathu, Phuket – A taxi car sustained damage after reportedly being struck by a large rock thrown by a motorbike rider in Kathu. The incident occurred on Tuesday night, June 18th, along Wichit Songkram Road near the Golden Ville 3 housing estate.

Man Injured from Airsoft Gun at Saphan Hin in Phuket Town

Phuket – A man has sustained injuries from an airsoft gunshot at Saphan Hin Public Park in Phuket Town.


The Phuket City Police were notified that a man had been injured on Friday (June 20th) at 10:50 P.M. at Saphan Hin in the Talad Yai sub-district. The injured man was taken to a nearby hospital. Police arrived at the hospital to find Mr. Sakdawut (age and full name was not given). He had sustained injuries to his left eye area.
