Mekmong MICK Posted June 27 Share Posted June 27 A good friend of mine went to Vietnam and his weight ballooned out to 130kg. He has since enrolled in a noodle-splashing class (lift a pool noodle above your head and crash it down for 45 mins) and has lost 15kg. Would this be a better work out than swimming for 45mins? I'm 52yo and 116kg so trying to tone up a bit and lose some spare weight 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
