Have a look at yahoo weather for stats about these 3 places.

Would imagine that Gulf of Thailand location is better weatherwise than Andaman Sea.

in Jan gulf and andaman same same..........

Dry, Cool, usually sunny.

It's the best month to visit anywhere in Thailand.
