Thai Wheelchair Fencer Wins 4th Gold in Thrilling Paralympics Final
I don’t doubt when you consider the amount of competitors and the multiple grading that from time to time some slip through. In fact 2 athletes have been pulled out after there races one of which won a bronze but had it taken off him. So what about the GB swimmer Alice Tai with club feet who had her leg amputated below the knee due to extreme pain in 2022 and she got back to completing this Paralympics . She’s won 2 golds , 1 silver and a bronze and possible more to come later. Inspirational as I’d say around 95% or more are . Having struggled with CFS/ME and resulting depression I can tell you that most athletes taking part have multiple issues beyond there most obvious ones. I’ve also luckily coached lots of disadvantaged athletes are you really can’t make light of there achievements . And there’s been full stadiums and venues for most events . Noise has been incredible and loads of brilliant races . Take the blinkers away ! -

HOW TO: Remove Ugly Stickers from Indoor Unit of AC? Need HELP!
Hi Folks, Tomorrow, I need to remove the poor-quality energy stickers from an indoor AC unit. They are extremely. What is the point in designing a beautiful AC unit, only to stick on an Ugly-A sticker. The other problem with these stickers is that they are very poor quality, and the adhesive seems harmful, cosmetically, to the machine, and the finish of the machine. What is the best way? I don't have a hairdryer, by the way. Is alcohol OK? Also, I have tried alcohol in the past, and alcohol does not do a very proper job, usually. If the machine were metal, then it would be easier. Some good companies, SMART COMPANIES, such as the water-heater company....STEIBEL ELTRON...provide the sticker in a box, separately, so that you can add it on, if you really LOVE it. You see? There ARE some companies that understand aesthetics, and the importance of beauty, and ergonomics. Other companies, most companies....have no clue. I do not to pay so much money for a complete EYESORE! Why can't major companies understand this simple thing, just as does Steibel Eltron? Are they completely OBTUSE?????? So, I need to remove the sticker before having the unit mounted on the wall. But, I just need to make sure that the plastic finish is not damaged in the removal. And, the energy stickers are GARBAGE quality, for sure..... Really need help with this..... BIG TIME! What I find interesting is that this ETA is going to be issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs not Immigration which gives some hope that it will be done efficiently I have observed over the years that they are very efficient in issuing Thai passports with minimal documentation required, the passport is received in three days and at half the cost of what I pay for my Australian passport. During Covid they were responsible for issuing the Health rentry document which I easily obtained within a few hours online. -

OP were you by chance offered "Marol" instead of Tramadol ? Bizarrely I at home take one of each every day the Marol being the modified slow release for daytimes and the Tramadol at night Essentially its the same Med -

Not your strong point then! Lincoln could have ended slavery by other means than slaughter. The Brits ended slavery in it's colonies in the 1830's by purchasing slaves then freeing them. Of course that would not have solved the problem of the CSA which was all Lincoln was interested in. The war did not end slavery, congress did, which they could have done before.- 1
