I have a part built house needing completion. Foundations, Roof  and initial floor complete. Pool part constructed to cement finish. Drawing and specifications completed. Quotations required after seeing previous quality work.

The agreed contractor suddenly wanted increase in agreed price for second phase of works(+25%) and then completely failed to communicate. They are still in business . Very strange,. I put the project on hold for various reasons but ready to move on now.
