Liz Cheney chooses Harris over Trump. She is an example for other patriotic Republicans
Cheney is only backing Harris because the big money war machine that pays her and made her daddy a VP told her to. Trump is not a warmonger or interested in paying big bucks to supply other countries like Joe and all the others are. She has been and always will be a rino that is why she got beat so bad inprimary -

Must Read Its Happening - Law to Tax Overseas Income Now in Progress
1st they want to tax us on income remitted, ok, I have found a way around that one, so no tax to them. Presumably they will still go after the money you bring into Thailand in order to obtain your visa extensions ? How do you avoid tax on that? If you would be so kind. -

Must Read Its Happening - Law to Tax Overseas Income Now in Progress
Looks like it’s time to move on to a more welcoming country when I arrived here 19 years ago the money I had I knew one day I could loose but that money I quadrupled having purchased and sold properties so I cannot complain . The beachfront property I have can earn me a very good return or I will just board it up for a couple of years . I’ve always fancied a living in the Philippines where I can contribute to their economy ! Having said al that I’m a UK taxpayer of which Thailand has a long standing agreement but it’s always good to be prepared if the S * * * hits the fan -

How much time do you spend ironing your clothes...in Thailand?
Gamma, if you like ironing so much, why can't you buy a nice iron that you would enjoy using. I have a 400 Baht TFal that I have been using for 14 years, and it does an excellent job. I have a nice ironing board, and I wouldn't dare leave the house without ironing my shirt and trousers and polishing my shoes. I would never be caught dead wearing flip-flops or sandals out of the house because I think all men look like sissies when they wear those God-awful things. If I wear casual shoes made from some sort of cloth, then I will use a cleaning solution and clean the exposed side of the rubbers soles so they still look like new. Men should have more respect for themselves and the way they present themselves in public. If you enjoy ironing, then what does it matter how much time it consumes in a given day? If you are in retirement, then you should have tons of time on your hands and probably nothing else more important to do with that idle time. -

Trump threatens to prosecute those he claimed ‘cheated’ in election if he wins in November
I totally agree with Trump this time. Starting with Trump himself. Prosecutions for the fraud, the interference, the fake elector scheme and those who inspired the insurrection not just the poor dupes who carried it out. -

5 year multiple entry DTV visa (Destination Thailand) from 2024-xx-xx
Personally, I don't think they will do anything too dramatic that would look like they're admitting that they made a mistake. I'd imagine that some embassies (especially in poorer countries) will add all kinds of local extra requirements that make them harder to obtain. Getting a DTV in India already seems to be somewhat more difficult than getting the same DTV from the Thai embassy in London. Immigration could decide to scrutinize DTV holders upon re-entry, which would be in line with what they've done with METV holders who (in their opinion) spent "too much time" in Thailand. Basically ask to see proof that the reason the visa was applied for still exists. It wouldn't surprise me, especially after a few high profile cases of abuse or crimes committed by DTV holders have made the news. We'll see. -

House gop push bill that links federal funding to a citizenship check for new voters
And then they limit access to IDs. In Texas, I tried to add voter registration during my license renewal. There was not room on the form to write in my Anglo name. There is no way that any Hispanic could do it with their double names. This is a way that they restrict voting for minorities.
