You will not be able to find a doctor experienced with this in Chonburi, would have to come to Bangkok.

Where/how has this been diagnosed? What treatment/medications so far?

(I am assuming previously diagnosed in your home country as this is not something you can self diagnose).

Treatment here can be quite costly. Do you have good insurance that would include outpatient care and medication?

Myasthenia gravis is quite common, so I believe any neurologist in Chonburi (of which there are a few in the public hospital, so there are likely some in the private sector too) will have at least some experience with it and will have long-term patients under their care. Unless your myasthenia gravis is very complicated, they should be competent enough to take care of you.

But then again, Chonburi is not very far from Bangkok, where many neurologists are excellent, so it comes down to your preference.

This cannot be reliably self diagnosed. However many of the likely alternative disorders are neurologic so start with a neurologist.

I suggest https://www.vichaiyut.com/en/doctor/dr-charungthai-dejthevaporn

He can also be seen at https://www.rama.mahidol.ac.th/qsmc/th/service/premium_clinic-th

He has expertise in MG as well as other neuromuscular disorders.

If the symptoms are mainly drooping eyelid  then there are other doctors specializing in ocular MG. And, rheumatalogists are also often involved in treatment of MG. But start by getting a definitive diagnosis.
