The facts are that a sexual assault has been reported, a suspect has been arrested and after evidence has been collected, the suspect will either be charged or released. There ist still a subsidy on diesel now! I read that Diesel was 40,69 THB per litre on September 18. Without the Fund subsidy and refinery discount, the calculated figure was 54,19 THB. So the difference was 13,50 THB per litre. At the moment the Thailand’s Oil Fuel Fund ist 92 billion THB in the red and is losing 700 million THB daily.
