B Visa From New York City

Featured Replies

B Visa from New York City

how likely?

I have read on this forum one might be able to get a one year B visa in the USA with a note from a Thai company about attending meetings here

Someone else told me you can get the same with a note from a Thai company as a 'sponsor'

Anything to back up or refute any of this?

What should the note say?

can you get the b visa without actually having a 'job' in thailand

Any input is greatly appreciated

a trip is in the making to the big apple in Oct

after months of reading this forum, am not any closer to knowing what visa to apply for, to stay in Thailand long term, while keeping my eye on the job market, should i want to work

still weighing the options

tourist, retirement (age OK and money OK but then what happens if i find a job in thailand), B, multiple entry tourist, education (same work issue), etc...
