Does anybody know a source for a replacement battery for a Troybilt Riding Mower Bronco Model? Where and what model battery?

Do you still have the old battery?

HomeDepot in the US (you'll need your VPN to access) has this info.

Time to start trolling through all the battery offerings on Lazada etc. to find something of similar dimensions. I'd start in motorcycle batteries.

There is a company that sells Troy built machines here in Thailand, they should have it?

There are probably other local batteries that will fit also?

The problem is unlike a car or tractor battery the TroyBilt battery fits into a hole under the seat so must be of proper dimensions.

However it is almost certainly a standard size one so probably not so difficult to get.

Crossy posted the dimensions but so far I have not spotted any of this size on Lazada or Shopee.

A slightly smaller one should also fit 🙂

Thank you. This seems to be exactly what I need. Size is the same, only difference 20Amp instead of 7Amp.

Make sure the terminals are correct.

I think the Group U1r has the terminals reversed if that's what you need.

First I want to thank all of you for taking the time and trying to help. The big store in Buriram That sold the mower to me and assured me that there would be no problem for future parts has been unhelpfiul to say the least.

Tomorrow my daughter will take me and the battery to Korat to make the rounds of the boxstores.

I was hoping that existing owners of the mower would post where they were able buy replacement battery but maybe I am in the wrong forum to find owners?

Thanks again and best wishes. Will advise how my road trip works out.

Yesterday my SIL returned from work with info for 3K battery for 2600 baht. The owner sent pictures of battery with ruler and battery met all specs. Since the battery was in Korat near the mall m,y SIL and daughter headed out last evening.

SIL installed battery when arrived home. It fts and works so seems problem solved. Thanks  again to all who took the time to help.
