Bangkok Taxi Driver Accused of Drugging and Robbing Woman
My girlfriend told me her brother has tried3 times now to get into the police academy but despite passing the test each time he was not accepted because he did not have the amount needed. I make no assumption here only passing on information given to me from a person I have been with for 7 years and who is very honest. -

The Hit And Run Restaurant "review" Thread
Hello there, brother. Thanks for the correction about the very old Spanish place on Thepprasit which I have never been to. I have been to Pepe's several times and it's been quite good, but not lately as I find it too expensive. I did assume that old place was gone because they just seem invisible on online radar. There is no need to insult anyone here for such matters, especially in this case where I said I doubt it. I didn't say I know it's closed. But I get it. Experience with you and your trolling behavior has shown that you have personal vendetta going on. Pretty messed up but if that makes you happy. Enjoy. -

They say "snack is hot", but it's COLD - why?
So, 90% of the time you receive what you ask for. Why come on here and complain? Especially if you can't be sure that 10% could be misunderstanding, bearing in mind you are in a multi lingual area. -

Revenue Department boss calls on tax residents in Thailand to file 2024 returns by March 31
My own two-bits - I suspect many staying put in Thailand and figuring out a way to minimize remittances, to minimize taxes owed, like remitting from a savings account in your home country with cash that's been there for many years (this is where having years of printed copies of bank statements come in handy if challenged). But if the TRD go for the jugular (taxing total global income regardless of remittances), then I suspect many including me will be looking for another place to decamp like @MartinBangkok Even to my home country that has many perks etc., - why should I give it to Thailand?
