Fear we can overcome by practice, or if your life depending on it. Some have stronger heritage fear than others, and most likely because of genes that is inherited from one generation to the next. It's in our nature, and why you see some cultures have less of hight fears than others. mfd101 Posted September 23 Posted September 23 Having 4 feet (ie walking on all 4s) probably helps. 1

Well, technically speaking, most if not all quadrapeds have two front limbs whcih are arms, having Ulna And Radius. The rear limbs are legs having Fibula and Tibia. But of course, cats, dogs horse etc. remained on 'all fours' and became expert in speed and/or support with strong backs. Young Cats (and other small animails) have a very flexible spine which allows them a greater angle of twist which facilitates a higher degree areodynamic postures. Had a lot of cats and dogs in my time and watching their antics was always amusing.
