Got a statistic? Got a definition of mass shooting for that statistic?

In the States, a mass shooting is where more than 4 people are killed or wounded.

From The Telegraph -

Quote

This year, there have been at least 403 mass shootings - defined as a shooting involving at least four victims, dead or wounded - across the United States, according to the Gun Violence Archive.

Exactly correct, and why the problem will never be solved.  Crime is too profitable to the system.

Not the dem or rep states or cities, its the prosecutors & courts, with their plea bargaining and lax sentencing.

There should not be such a thing as a "repeat violent offender", especially if a gun is used in any crime, or even in their possession illegally.

The citizens have the system they apparently want, or they would simply change it.   Talking, blaming, arguing about it does nothing.   These laws and officials is what they voted for and accept, so that's what the get.

Som nam naa

Well actually, an entire philosophical regime would have to be dismantled.

A Legislature can make Poss of a Weapon non plea bargainable, but then it will also need to fund new jails for those who cant make bail while awaiting trial. Need extra courts too.

With no repeat offenders, so much less profit all around, since the problem got solved.

Got to lobby for more everything; police, equipment, jails, lawyers/Unis, courts, judges, staff, security.  And appeals, probation, rehab programs.   It all adds up to billion or trillions $$$$

Sort of like curing diseases, no repeat customers.  Cure gun crime, where's the profit in that.  IMHO

Never trust Wikpedia

If you're going to question every source, and supposedly quoting the FBI.  Then conversation over.  PICK ONE

Not to be OT, but Roe vs Wade should have never been a law.

Later on in life she admitted "she" spread her legs, was not

rapped, the base of the law was on a false claim.

There's been over 450 mass shootings in the US so far this year.

What counts as a mass shooting?

Do gangs of real OG's shooting each other up count?

Yet Trump and the GOP continue to push back on requirements for deeper background checks and more restrictions on high-powered weapons that have no value when it comes to hunting and are not required for protecting the home. So what are they used for?

Does the GOP and does Trump support mass shootings?

Come on, you know they are special. Americans must have guns, the country is different to any other place on earth. We don't need guns in the UK for example because we have no crime - or at least our crime is different to crime in the USA 😀.

I don't know about high powered weapons - there is no justification for owning any type of firearm - ouside sport.  Simply being in possesion of a gun makes it much more likely that it will be used unnecessarily  and used with fatal results.

Testosterone fuelled youths for eaxmple - at one time would have had a scrap on a Friday night out. Now, they shoot each other.

The Republican Party refuses to do anything meaningful to address gun control, and neither will Trump. Therefore some of this blood is on their hands, and they have to take some responsibility for the continuation of mass shootings in America.

Cool. What a great point. Heres a better one.

Kamala Harris refused to fix the border resulting in the mass rape of illegal alien children and the rape and murder of Americans. Some of their suffering and blood is on her head and she has to stand before the American people and take some responsibility for the continual violence against women and children perpetrated by illegal aliens.

What do you want, to live in the USA and have the possibility of getting killed in a mass murder shooting.....or to live in Thailand and get killed in an everyday vehicle....errrr....accident?

I think the odds are much higher with getting killed in a vehicle accident and yet here most of us are.

Well we can reelect Trump and get law and order restored.

Got a statistic? Got a definition of mass shooting for that statistic?

Please see Walker88's very clear post listing shootings and number of people killed during Trump's administration.

Totally fake, your guy rejected a very good bipartisan border bill which would have fixed some of the problems, and do you know why he did it? Because he did not want to see Biden get credit for it.

Just another reason why Donald Trump is a fake patriot.

Yep that "bipartisan border bill that would have fixed all the problems that 13 million already cause.

The screams of the raped children should be ringing in her ears, and the ears of all her supporters.

Where are the 250,000 missing children?
