Yes, he did. How may a Trump branded watch be anything else than "among the best in the world", albeit it is based on the cheapest tourbillon, Swiss assembled movement available in the marketplace?

 

Provided, of course, the ones delivered to the customers are not equipped with a Chinese movement (check the fine print: "The images shown are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product"). Caveat emptor.

Based on current gold prices, the profit on those $100K watches is at least $60 K. The diamonds are so small they are as common as dog droppings.

There's devices you can use to check and they'll tell you immediately whether it's solid gold, gold filled or gold plated. It's definitely a rip-off. Plus they're as fugly as the night is dark and you can get watches with a lot more complications for the same money, plus he's an idiot. I wouldn't even wear one of those to go take a dump in the woods.
