I'm curious whether the tone and tenor of this debate ends up hurting Trump simply because it reminds voters what politics could be when Trump isn’t onstage.

But the real question about this debate in the short term is whether it will have any impact on this current campaign.

Won't much matter, but Walz did nothing to help himself or Kamala, and well, there's not much that can be done to help cackling Kamala now. JD Vance became a semi rock star after the debate I am certain did more for Trump's case as to why he selected JD Vance as a running mate. He kinda ran circles around Walz and could have easily eviscerated him and Kamala's dying campaign but took it easy on the lying stolen valor loser Walz. Went well for Trumps world without a doubt.

JD Vance was /is an excellent choice for VP. There were many other worthy VP candidates available to Trump and since watching  JD humiliate the deep state regime activist media time after time without breaking a sweat, President Trump made a good choice. Here is giving a light beat-down on CNN jake the fake tapper. Epic, but Tapper was never one to be regarded as a genuine journalist with any brains. He learned a good lesson from jD Vance.
