US Citizen Voting In the Chiang Mai Region

If you are a US Citizen voting In the Chiang Mai Region you can drop your ballot off at the Chiang Mai US Embassy (Consulate). 
The ballot drop-off box is outside the main door where the guard stands.

No, they are not (given ballots from different voting jurisdictions are different).  Are you registered to vote and set to receive an absentee ballot in any US jurisdiction?

No.  You can register to vote online then download the ballot package for whatever state you are a resident of. But you have to register.
