The Royal Gazette has made a new rule that allows 23 different types of gambling activities within specific time periods. These include human-bull racing, boxing, wrestling, ring tossing, and mahjong.

 

According to the news today, October 11, the Royal Gazette has issued Ministerial Regulation No. 46. This rule allows the following gambling activities to take place at specific times: human-bull racing from 7am to 7pm, boxing and wrestling from 12pm to 12am, ring tossing from 7am to 12am, and games like mahjong, point-based cards, and various other card games from 12pm to 12am on Sundays and from 6pm to 12am on other days.

 

The announcement explains why this rule is important. It points out that the currently allowed times for animal fights or contests don't match with the usual practice of bull racing, which generally takes place at night. As a result, there is a need to set specific time allowances for bull racing to keep this cultural tradition alive.

The changes in timing are aimed at honoring and continuing the tradition of bull racing at night, setting it apart from other activities. The rule ensures that cultural customs are respected while also providing a clear framework for other gambling activities.

 

The goal of the ministerial regulation is to adjust the allowed times to suit traditional practices better and respect cultural activities like nighttime bull racing.

Hee! Hee ! Hee! That was me. Didn't know it was a troll post. I googled ring tossing. Attached pic. Hope this isn't a troll post too. Can't quite work out what a troll post is. Anyhow, this is just more pacifying populist nonsense from a govt. that knows the next election will see the end of them one way or another if nothing happens (tanks) before said election.
