Some of these people don’t care!

Its those razor thin voting margins , that decides who wins!

After illegals get registered and get a ballot its near impossible to verify

them after the fact!

And when authorities try to litigate ,this is what happens below :

https://www.npr.org/2024/08/30/nx-s1-5091032/noncitizens-voting-election-gop-texas-tennessee-alabama

“But as the election nears, the false rhetoric is now having a real impact on citizens as some GOP officials are scrutinizing voter rolls and questioning some voters’ registrations in the final run-up to Election Day — which some voting advocates say violates federal law”.

Gov Youngkin is trying to protect election integrity. With all harris/biden newcomers coming in by the day and the election being so so close , surely

it would make sense to analyze everyone, anytime .

DOJ sues Virginia for allegedly purging noncitizens from voting rolls too close to election.

The commonwealth has removed 6,303 noncitizens from voting in the upcoming general election.

If your going to post media stories at least make factual statements and not misleading information.  The lawsuit is not directed at allowing non citizens to vote but following the existing registration act. The lawsuit is because VA did not follow National Voter Registration Act .

Interesting that trump followers never talk about the current legal cases in the courts now in 2 or 3 states brought by the GOP to stop overseas citizens from having the right to vote in elections. What have you got to say about that?  Crickets I suspect

The hits keep coming.  Hopefully, in time...

The Superior Court of Arizona ordered the state’s Secretary of State Adrian Fontes on Thursday to release a list containing over 200,000 names of individuals who registered to vote without providing proof of citizenship.

218,000 registered to vote with no proof of citizenship.  But that's fine....  No wonder Kari Lake always looks pissed off.

Jonathan Turley expert in Constitutional law responds.

“The NVRA has exceptions for removals within what the Justice Department calls the “quiet” period before an election, including the removal of individuals who are “ineligible to vote because of a criminal conviction or mental incapacity, or for “correction of registration records pursuant to this chapter.”

For all you International experts who dispute Virginia rights to election integrity,as far right attempts !The above is the ( National voter registration act).

Yes they have exceptions but the exception criteria wasn't followed hense the lawsuit. I think your google law license must have expired.

I still have gotten a response on the gop lawsuits to remove voting rights for overseas citizens. I guess you forgot about that.

The fact is there was an IT glitch with the process of registering voters. The initial request by Stephen Miller's organisation was declined to concerns regards harassment - perfectly valid. One hopes the names are not released into the public domain or to Miller's organisation, but to a non partisan group for review. BTW there has been a number of false MAGA claims in Arizona, all proven false and listed below:
