Forcibly transferring children (as Putin did) need not be present to determine that genocide has happened. Your link says: "In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

1. Killing members of the group;
2. Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
3. Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
4. Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
5. Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group."

The ICJ knows better than you what constitutes genocide, and have so far said that the case against Israel is plausibe.

the ICJ did not determine that genocide was occurring; it merely stated that the Palestinians had a plausible right to protection from genocide

I would like to know why a group of Thai workers were in a military closed zone. Bet there were few if any Israelis working there. i guess Thai lives are of little importance to Israel (as are Palestinian lives).

   Israel accepts a Palestinian state and did accept a two state solution, its the Palestinians who did not and will not accept the Israeli state and they wage war .

In the Oslo Accords, the Palestininas were not really offered a sovereign state. It was irresponsible of the Norwegians not to moderate the talks to prevent the imposition of a faulty agreement on the  weak party. Fortunately, under international law, despite any provisions of Oslo, all the settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem are still illegal.

  There was a Court case at the ICJ and Israel wasn't found to be committing genocide . that was the Court ruling

What? The ICJ decided that there was a plausible case of Israel committing genocide, but the final decision will take a few years, as is usual in their proceedings.

I look askance at folks who dislike  the Israeli government because, as such, they are supporters of the enemy in Islams existential war against the west.

It was probably unexploded terrorist ordinance. RIP to the victim of Islamic terrorism. Keep on bombing Benny, thanks for doing Americas light work.

 Islams existential war against the west.

Where and when started the Moslems the war?

And RIP to all those who died in the killings by the Jews

Well I guess they are in good company, no worse than what we did in Germany and Japan. Cool.

Should have saved a bunch of money as used a nuke, like we did. Bet that would make the murderous rats come out of their holes.

Gee, the Japanese victim group to prevent nuclear war just won the Nobel Peace Prize. Your idea of nuking Gaza was already proposed on Iz TV. Was that a joke?

Why would it be a joke. Fabulous idea, save tons of lives in the future and teach them to behave. Worked in Germany and Japan. But you dont really need nukes to do Iran.

Again: only blabla but no reply, just gibberish as before.

Obviously you can't give an answer to a simple question.

Why? Because you are too illiterate I'd say.

And here we stop the conversation. You are too childish. Wasted time!!!!🥴

Untrue.

   Well the ruling did allow for South Africa to provide further evidence of genocide within six months .

   South Africa failed to provide any more evidence within the time frame  , so case closed

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Africa's_genocide_case_against_Israel

"South Africa v. Israel[1] is an ongoing case that was brought before the International Court of Justice on 29 December 2023 by South Africa regarding Israel's conduct in the Gaza Strip during the Israel–Hamas war, that resulted in a humanitarian crisis and mass killings."

Further on in the Wiki entry at the end of the Proceedings section states:

"On 5 April 2024, the court set the schedule for comprehensive submissions of legal opinions by South Africa and Israel. The time limit for the South African memorial was set to be 28 October 2024, and for the Israeli response 28 July 2025.[128]"

Nope, South Africa is still looking for some evidence to back up their claims................

South Africa trying to delay ICJ genocide case for lack of evidence

South Africa is attempting to extend the deadline for presenting evidence against Israel at the International Court of Justice in The Hague because it is unable to prove its allegations of genocide, Kan News reported on Tuesday.

The move comes some nine months after the country submitted a suit against the Jewish state over the Israel Defense Forces’ conduct in the war against the Hamas terror group in Gaza, claiming that the IDF is committing genocide.

South Africa is required to submit its evidence on Oct. 28, but is trying to extend the deadline by several months in the hope that evidence proving their genocide accusations will come from other places.

Wrong

I examined the link by the American judge in the case. There were orders issued on January 26th, for Israel not to commit genocide in Gaza.. Here is the same judge reading the order:

Her appearance on BBC Hardtalk which you posted was a clarification concerning the use of "plausible" by the ICJ and by the world press. For the Court, the issue of plausibility concerned first, the standing of South Africa to make the case, and second, that the Palestinians had a plausible right to be protected from genocide. She said that they then proceeded to look at the facts. She said that the press was speaking of "a plausible case of genocide", while the Court "emphasized in the order that there was a risk of irreparable harm to the Palestinian right to be protected from genocide."

This order concerned provisional measures, while the final decision will probably take a few years to be issued. The complete session can be seen here:

You've examined....lol, and?

What she said still stands despite your lame attempt to disregard it. From a few days ago...............

However, the ICJ did not determine that genocide was occurring; it merely stated that the Palestinians had a plausible right to protection from genocide. This legal distinction, though critical, was overlooked by much of the media and even by prominent legal experts.

   Oh yes , that is correct .

South African hasn't yet provided any evidence to back up their claims in the 9 months since the hearing and they asked for an extension which was denied and they have 12 more days left to provide any evidence .

   South Africa are taking their time considering that there's a genocide going on 🙂

   12 more days until the case is closed

Interesting link. It is mostly about a behind the scenes effort by Israel to use its vast American network to pressure South Africa to abandon the case.

  Well if that is what Israel tried to do, then Israel were unsuccessful , because the South Africa case went ahead.

   Astonishing that Israel was attacked and were the victims of numerous war crimes , yet its Israel on trial

Details are scant but I was working on the assumption that this was "makeshift" Palestinian UXO on Israeli soil... I would postulate that "military" grade Israeli ordnance is unlikely to be set off accidentally by fruit pickers. I may be proven wrong....
