Dp 303 Satellite Receiver Problem

I have a DP 303 satellite receiver which works fine normally. However I have found that my "Benefits" DVD player's remote control also works the satellite receiver, and not in a nice way. The commands from the DVD remote control have corrupted the data held in the satellite receiver and it seems to have lost both the the names of the satellites and the satellite positions. Now to find a channel I have to search for the satellite position first. Even though I then "Save" this information, it doesn't save it at all. Fortunately the transponder information for each satellite doesn't seem to be affected. When I rename a satellite the name is saved as gibberish characters.

In the "System" settings for the DP303 there is an option to revert back to factory settings. If I do this will I get the satellite positions back or lose everything? ie what are the basic factory settings likely to be?
