Wondering if there any gyms with free trials in Pattaya just like we have in Western countries usually for a 3 or 7 day period of time to see if the gym is the right fit for the person?

Didn't see it advertised anywhere in Thailand, so thought I would ask just in case they did offer it.

A gym giving away 7 day free membership in a tourist destination like Pattaya would be a really bad business decision. All the 1-2 week tourists would use it for free and then move on without a baht ever going to the gym.

Condos usually have extremely limited equipment and light dumbbells.

Can't even conceive of that.

True, but occasionally owners buy extra equipment for the gym and allow others to use it. Additional equipment can used in the room, such as resistance bands or suspension trainer.

You pay for drop in, thats how it works. Very few gyms have free trails in the western world, but they often have discounted prices with or without instructor.

I brought my niese for a free day at gym because I was a member from before,
