Nope, because the citizens of Ohio decided their own law. It is a tragic case for sure but also puts paid to yur claim that states have "abortion bans". Even Ohio does not have a ban, just a restriction based on how far along the pregnancy is.

 

Care to try again and come up with a state that has a total abortion ban?

Most don't care about the woman's body. They DO care about the separate body that is growing inside of it.  

 

As for MYOB, you may not be very aware or experienced, but it does take a man AND a woman to start a pregnancy. So telling the man to butt out is dehumanizing and disempowering of one of the baby's parents.
