Inflation Cools, Showing Trump is Right and his Critics were WRONG AGAIN
and on top of that the Feb. numbers are from preliminary analysis and are subject to adjustment. Adjustments sometimes occur because the CPI is based on spending patterns that are two years old. -

Trump’s Bold Stand Against Campus Antisemitism Sends a Clear Message
This is the reality of the First Amendment protections afforded to foreign student's residing in the US. The First Amendment protects free speech for everyone physically present in the U.S., not just citizens and SCOTUS precedents supports this: Bridges v. Wixon (1945) established that resident aliens enjoy First Amendment rights, stating that "freedom of speech and of press is accorded aliens residing in this country." United States v. Verdugo-Urquidez (1990) clarified that constitutional protections, including the First Amendment, apply to non-citizens within U.S. borders, though the scope can differ based on context (e.g., immigration proceedings vs. criminal law). There are attempts to codify what "antisemitism" is in the US. The bill, H.R. 6090 attempts to codify the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) definition of "antisemitism" into Title VI enforcement - which only affects universities. This bill stalled in the US Senate and has not been enacted into law. Equating protests of Israeli polices doesn't meet the standards of being "hate crimes" or "discrimination," and although it may meet the definition of "antisemitism" as per the IHRA, it is not against US Federal Law. Chilling speech in the United States by calling in antisemitism will be a slippery slope that would find it's way to the Supreme Court of the United States. -

Russia Rejects Trump's Temporary Ukraine Ceasefire Offer
We knew this would happen, Biden or Trump. Putin is a lot smarter than the pair of them, and Zelensky. He'll take what he wants, and that is it. Trump has no input really, unless he means to go all in, and then that is game over. The way is for the world community to punish that little shyster by backing Ukraine and perpetually chucking on sanctions. He will be fold and be eliminated from the inside. -

Thai Pilots Plan Legal Action Against Labour Ministry Over Foreign Pilot Permits
Firstly, I do not believe that there are "numerous"local pilots out of work. Secondly Insurance companies often require plots to have a minimum number of hours experience before insuring the aircraft. Thirdly, a wet leased aircraft is almost always registered in a foreign country and international regulations (to which Thailand MUST adhere to) require that pilots must hold licences issued or endorsed by the state in which the aircraft is registered. It would be uneconomic to re-register the aircraft in Thailand and for the foreign pilots to obtain Thai licences for only a few months work. 9
