Witness Claims Matt Gaetz Had Sexual Relationship with Minor at Florida Party

Rep. Gaetz sought Trump pardon, former White House aide testifies to Jan 6 committee

https://edition.cnn.com/2022/09/17/politics/matt-gaetz-trump-pardon-justice-department/index.html

It's worth reading this CNN contribution to truth and harmony very carefully.   Read it slowly and you will see that the word "pardon" is mentioned a million times, but it never is clearly defined as a pardon for a specific crime or misdemeanour.

Many GOP reps who anticipated that the Dems would (as they indeed did) be using lawfare to wreak vengeance on Trump supporters went to the office of Mark Meadows seeking blanket pardons for anything that might come down the line.

Note in particular this sentence:

McEntee testified to the committee that Gaetz said he asked Meadows explicitly for a pardon, though it was not clear at the time what the pardon request was for.

This long tissue of fake allegations and obfuscations ends with this sentence:

None of the lawmakers ever received pardons from Trump.

Fake news at its best.

Here we go again with the made up political accusations.   So, she apparently was in the room while Gaetz and the "minor" were engaged in sexual activity, but did nothing to stop it- yeah ri

  • This is incredible. The cries to let him off the hook because an underage girl didn't file a complaint 7 years ago. Are you guys for real? I mean, seriously?

The predictable MAGA mob on here rushing to the defence of the incoming Attorney General by thinly veiled victim blaming. Sad.

More far right drivel.

Evidence please of "Clinton of course abused interns in the oval office".

Monica doesn't count as she consented.

So if you are a democratic president you can get interns to suck you off in the oval office and that does not count if they have been bullied into it. An abuse of power at the very least.

I see that my 'unsubstantiated claim' about the pre-emptive pardon may have raised a few hackles while I was away.

My reticensce at fulfilling @scottiejohn's request for a 'credible' source wasn't an attempt to flaunt forum rules, it was more to save bandwidth with the 'fake news' posts that probably ensued.

For those who consider CNN as not credible (personally I don't watch it), here's another link to the claim. I hope this makes it less unsusbtantiated and more credible.

Have you ever played Monopoly?

Have you ever won the "Get Out of Jail - Free" card?

It's the same as a Trump 'one-size fits all (misdemenaours and felonies) sizes' sort of pardon. No crimes attached, no names, no pack-drill.

I hope this helps.

PS: We are talking about a specific pre-emptive pardon here, not something that wasn't delivered in the past.

I hope this helps some more.

Thanks for reminding me that there could well be another crime Gaetz was worried about and thought he needed a pardon for.

From the internet and her own mouth, Monica Lewinski was of-age and what happened in the Oval Office was totally consensual (it's in her book).

The bullying and abuse of power came from online trolls AFTER she admitted to it.

Anyway, there's nothing in the law of the land that says Trump can't get laid in the Oval Office, but like almost 30 years ago with Clinton, it's just not proper etiquette.

Moot point anyway as it's just unlikely that he may find anyone willing to participate (for free).

Apart from Mark Meadows, maybe?

Laura Loomer, maybe? They seem to have a spiritual connection.

Pure hearsay testimony and totally inadmissible. DOJ investigated Gaetz for years on this matter and eventually dropped the investigation for various reasons one being dodgy , unreliable witness testimony and they had no case. Biden's DOJ would have jumped at the chance to indict Gaetz in a NY minute if they could. He's ultra adept at rooting out lies, corruption, deceit, etc at the FBI and DOJ. Watch him embarrass and expose FBI director Wray. Gaetz is hardcore tactical and smart as the day is long.

Hahaha! Biden's DOJ would have jumped at this opportunity? How delusional can you be. The Garland DOJ has showed itself as cowardly, out of political fear. That's why one and a half year were wasted, and none of Trump's co-conspirators were indicted. And never will.

A complete demasque of the American legal system, and the Gaetz case is no exception. And that's why the house Republicans will do everything they can to suppress the Ethics committee report. Because there's nothing to see here, right?

There are many REPUBLICAN (yes REPUBLICAN not DEMOCRATIC) senators and congressmen who have reported that this creep was going around boasting and showing pictures of his sexual ‘conquests’ most of whom looked young. There is a reason he is widely disliked by members of his own party. You don’t have to listen to Democrats or the liberal media to understand that there is something seriously wrong with this guy. The Republicans in Congress decided to do their own investigation for a reason.

The Garland DOJ

this same DOJ tried to imprison Trump for hundreds of years with bogus hoax lawfare and they failed. They indicted Trump every time he farted and would have bent over backwards to put the screws to Matt Gaetz given the opportunity, (they tried & failed) because he brings the truth which all democrats fear. Democrats have spent the past four years failing with their woke and DESTRUCTIVE policies, inept "leader-sheep", and also wasted four years attacking Trump and failed every step of the way...... ONLY TO GET HIM ELECTED.

Hows that for delusional. LOL.

Watch & weep, the adults are back in the room. try not be delusional.

Of course they do, would you like someone exposing your corrupt inclinations and who thrives to deliver the facts and truths, good, bad or ugly about you. The problem is they dislike the fact that Matt Gaetz does his job and has a huge brain. They can't touch him. He'll shake up the deep state actors and right the ship given the opportunity. Thats why he'\ was a target of Bidens DOJ.

what conspiracy....making fools of liberals and woke left wing loons?

J6 conspiracy...?? LOL....gone, just go ask illegitimate SC Jack Smith how the J6 case (trumps violation of the KKK act) is going? No insurrection charges? No evidence seems to be the problem, bigger problem is there is no case. And guess what: be sure to tune in and watch MAGA / Trump get inaugurated Jan 20 next year.

Well, it's encouraging to see you've managed to squeeze the word 'lawfare' into your stream of consciousness rant.

Copy-paste?

This guy is the least qualified person ever selected for the office of Attorney General, he graduated from a very minor law school, he practiced very simple law for two years, he never held a Judicial post and the only reason that comes to mind that he was selected was that he shares Trump's animosity for the justice department.

I said this a long time ago and I'll say it again, if there's one thing you can count on with Donald Trump it's that he will pick from the bottom of the barrel when it comes to selecting people for his administration. He showed it last time around and he's showing that again.

Sour grapes? It's pay back time and Gaetz is the man to do the job.

They will believe anything no matter how false as long as it blackens Trump. Just as they believed a senile geriatric was capable of being POTUS as he wasn't Trump.

So you agree with me that Kelly was a bottom of the barrel pick!

Do you have anyone else in mind to be Trump's attack dog?

He has personal animosity to them for what they have been doing to him, so he'll be even more vicious than someone not been attacked by the so called justice system.
