Yep, the shots really prevent you from catching covid...

No they don't, they help one's body to deal with it.

Repeatedly testing negative for Covid, Flu A/B, RSV etc. Lungs clear. Doc says bllood work suggests bacterial infection so just started antibiotics yesterday. Still running a low-grade fever, lower back pain, coughing up shed-loads of green gunk. But at least no pulsing headache (finally).

I have very similar symptoms like you and I have been sick for almost a month now. I feel like <deleted>. Had 3 different antiobiotics (just finished last one) but now have extreme throat pain. Not sure what to do. I don't trust the doctors here anymore. By the way, where did you test for Covid, Flu and RSV and how much was it?

Did you read the whole post? He got tested for Covid, Flu A/B and RSV virus. Obviously Covid test kit will not test for the other viruses.

I've answered 33% of his question, you can answer the other 67%.

Your 33% is useless and if I could answer the other part then I am not asking at all.

You can get test kits nowadays at most pharmacies that test for Covid / Flu / RSV. Think it was THB 119 or something like that.

Postscript to my story is that I didn't feel any better after two days of antibiotics, went to see a different doctor and tested positive for typhoid fever. Needed IV antibiotics as it had started to have a go at my liver. So now I'm in hospital, albeit feeling much better and leaving tomorrow.

Maybe get blood tests for things like typhus / typhoid?

Thanks for the tip, I was checking the symptoms and I don't have any stomach issues and also no fever. I will wait a couple of days and if I don't get better I will have to go to doctor again.

There is no test for covid or the flu. Learn to read yer own body.

Waste of money. Better to go to the market and buy the three 'g's. Garlic, ginseng and ginger.

I didn't have any stomach issues - still don't - and only had intermittent low-grade (no more than 100F/38C) fever. I wouldn't have considered typhoid based on the symptoms I had (feeling really run down, runny nose for two days, then a sore throat for half a day, a headache for 5 days, lots of phlegm, backache etc).

If you get typhoid, do come back and tell us how home treatment with garlic, ginseng and ginger worked for you.

Very interesting. Well my symptoms are almost similar as yours but I have almost no fever. Just two time I had very short fever of 38C but after that just 37C. OK I will probably ask them to do test for typhoid fever as well.

Do the hospitals in Thailand have good doctors available during weekend as well or is it better to wait for monday?

I'm assuming you're in Bangkok where, yes, they have good doctors any day of the week.

Finding 'a good doctor' however can be tricky. Make sure you tell any doctor you see what antibiotics you have already taken, and ask for specific blood tests. Don't assume they will test for things if you don't ask.

There's a test for a liver enzyme called CRP (C-reactive protein), the level of which can indicate bacterial infection (mine was waaaaay up but now coming down).

Good luck.

Thanks a lot for your advice. Really appreciated. I am in Pattaya and I am already waiting at Banglamung Hospital. I hope they will accept my list of tests.

B.S!

Thai people at risk of COVID-19 infection can access free self-test kits purchased and distributed by the National Health Security Office (NHSO)

Accessible and affordable COVID-19 self-test kits

Not BS at all bud. Just the truth. Not saying there is not a test. But the test can't tell you whether you have covid. Just nonsense.

Covid! The rebranded flu? Gives very similar symptoms to a multitude of complaints. The covid 'virus' has never been shown to exist. Except in a computer.

The symptoms that are referred to as covid, are simply the body expelling nasties - that could have been in the body for months (years?)  - and they are not a disease of any kind. Also! These symptoms are not normally transmissible from one person to another.

As for the NHSO. It is hopelessly out of touch with science truth.

Of course; if you feel ill; go see a medical expert.

I have asked them for antibodies test for typhoid fever, mycoplasma pneumonia and chlamydia pneumonia. They said they cannot do any of them. Not sure if some other hospital can do them but Banglamung cannot. 😢

So yet again you post more lies based on your tin foil hat based beliefs.

Posts, like yours, making false statements about medical matters stating that certain medical tests and related matters do not exist or are dangerous should not be posted without scientifically acknowledged proof.

Please STOP and desist your dangerous falsehoods!

PS; I am NOT getting involved medical efficacy in this post!

PPS; At least you have admitted that the tests do exist!

Please give a VERY reliable source (preferably a few) to back up that ridiculous statement!

What did all the people die of according to you during the "COVID outbreak"?

There are tests. Obviously. My opinion is that they do not, and indeed cannot, establish that a person has covid or otherwise.

As for falsehoods; I content that the onus is on the proponents of covid to show that a virus has been isolated. Until then, for my money, any test that says whether  person has covid is a waste of time.

As far as covid being the rebranded flu; Dr Vernon Coleman is a strong believer that this is the case. Me also.

Please point me to a scientific paper that shows a virus - any virus - has been isolated; and therefore shown to exist. Point me then, to a paper that shows that a virus - any virus - is pathogenic.

I've been researching viruses from Dr Enders time in the 1950s. Not seen any proof yet, that a virus is a pathogenic entity.

''What did all the people die of according to you during the "COVID outbreak?'' Research the data why don't you? Too much MSM for you bud.
