Anyone ever taken anti anxiety meds in Thailand?

First of all low extraversion doesn't need ''treatment''.  If you enjoy being alone that is fine.  There are many jobs that suit people with low extraversion.

For anxiety exposure is the best way.  For the first year of teaching I was terrified.  Walking into the classroom and having kids shout ''hey teacher you wanna cry?'' ''jump off the building!'' ''bully teacher bully teacher''.  After 8 years I don't feel scared anymore.

I can only put this down to exposure.  I don't feel scared anymore when walking into a classroom.

Anxiety and depression meds should be taken only after all other problems have been solved.  It is lifestyle changes first and then medication.

If you have a perfect life but still get depressed then the meds would help you.  For example if you are addicted to gambling, taking meds won't stop you placing bets.
