Where have all the Far-Eastern-Economic-Review writers gone?

 

Long time passing.

 

 

 

Does Anyone remember Far-Eastern WRITING?

 

 

Just recalling the great FEER, back in the day....gives one a big one......

Those were the days when writing was real....

 

Those were the days when you got writing with MEAT on the BONE.....

 

And....

Robert Plant should know something about this, too!

NOTE4:  Back in the day, we once looked forward to reading FEER before it was subsumed and watered down....by another rag, which, in turn, had been watered down...too.

In truth, one almost cannot deny, that the way we were...then....

Seemed to have been better....

At that particular time and place.

 

Whether or not it really was, only we can know....

Those who were actually there, in the trenches.

 

We few, who are still standing, are the only ones who remain....

Still qualified to judge.

 

(No, really.  Was the South China Sea really better, back then?  It was.  Definitely!)
