Any other hdprime users experiencing missing UK channels on catch-up?

 

Ch 5, ITV 234, sky channels etc.

 

Previously I've said how good their support is and how quickly they reply to emails and resolve problems. I've emailed them 4/5 times in the last few days with no reply.

Hi, I'm having the same problem, in catch -up I have all the sports ch,  but only BBC 2, 4 UK, and ITV 1, all the other 10 or so ch are gone

Have you tried contacting them? My queries are normally answered the same day but no reply for a few days to 3/4 emails.

Yes, 6 times to no avail, I uninstalled prime, to try and rectify the problem,  then had job reinstalling, a red triangle with a warning in Thai and English that Prime had been suspended, I have a snapshot but don't know how to upload, at least I managed to reinstall.

Mmmm maybe time to look for another supplier but I've tried a few over the years and nearly all have buffering problems.

Maybe the issue is your end. Poor internet - cheap service - 600 baht Android box ?

The service I use doesn't have buffering problems, but with everything, you get what you pay for

As well as the problems mentioned here,  I have had no live TV using two different brand android boxes,  but can still access all channels on my Samsung tablet.   Two requests for help have gone unanswered which I find to be entirely unacceptable.   I have used HDPrime for many years but I'm now looking elsewhere, partly because of the technical issues but mainly because of the uncaring customer service.  

 

If anyone has any insight as to why android boxes wont work but tablet still does,  or,  if there are any recommendations to a similar alternative service,  I would be very interested to hear.

Wrong, wrong and wrong.

 

And if you pay more than 400 ish Baht a month you aren't getting what you pay for but overpaying..................

I have 3 boxes, no problems until now which appears to be with the supplier and if the authorities have pulled the plug maybe he's not answering if he's in jail !??!

 

You do have to update your boxes periodically, modern apps won't work on old equipment, old versions of android or only 1/2 GB memory et0

Just to recap what I wrote on the other HDPrime forum, if you are e-mailing them, you'll be lucky to get a reply. Their Telegram account is usually much more efficient. You can download Telegram from the Google Play Store or use the desktop version.

Thanks for the info.

 

They normally reply to my emails or fix the problem within a day so the fact there's no reply makes me think they are unavailable.

Indeed, because the buffering you get is not included lol

As advised by BenCrew above, they are available and do respond via heir Telegram page.

All you've said is that you've emailed them.

Not sure if its telegram but its the contact button on the logon page. I resorted to that as no email reply but not sure if it's the same as their email?

The contact button on the login page is their e-mail address. 🙄

Download Telegram on Android or desktop if you haven't got it already.

Search - HDprime - Open the page and send them a message.

You keep sending emails when it's been posted several times they're not responding.

See screenshot from my service provider. This could be the reason. FWIW I pay £60/year and get excellent service. Have multiple versions of each channel (4kUHD, FHD, FHD 50fps, HD  & SD). Plus the usual abundance of movies and series. HD Prime is absolute garbage compared to this service. In addition, also has live football from every league match in the English and Scottish pyramid.

I am able to get live channels, but all of my catch-up channels have vanished with the exception of sports channels. I am not able to add any more to catch-up.

Regarding you trying to download again, are you sure that you tried to download the latest version?  Some months back, they were blocked by some ISP's and they created a new version. 

I cannot remember now which was which, but one version is https://hd-prime.com and the other is https://hdprime.com.

Also, I gave up trying to contact them via email and tried using Telegram. I usually get a response within minutes.
