Good day everyone, seeking for you advise.

The company I currently work for, is terminating my work permit and visa (because they don't have enough documents to extend it). Instead, the boss, is promising to hire me in their other company, and do all the paperwork. I asked for an official paper that they are transferring me to a new company, and a new contract. But I was refused. I am sure they plan to fool me.

They mentioned, that they have already hired an agent for a new NON-B visa, and for helping me with cancelling the old visa and work permit as well. At this moment they only set the date for cancelling the old documents, and refused to set a specific date for submitting new ones.

Last week upon arrival at immigration, I met an agent, and asked her to let me see all papers that she plans to submit to the Immigration office for visa cancelling. She categorically refused my request, took my passport and WP and went to submit the documents alone. I insisted on entering the imm. officer's room at the time when the agent was submitting the documents, and the agent acted very nervous and yelled at me, shouting out "Foreigner prohibited enter". However, the imm. officer said nothing on it, and was friendly towards me when I asked them some question.

Next I took a photo of the document at the very top of the stack, which is the company's letter, for asking imm. office to cancel my visa. Unfortunately, next, the officer returned all the documents to the agent, because there was an error in it. Then, me and the agent walked out of the imm. office, and the agent yelled at me again, trying to force me to delete the document image from my smartphone. I refused to remove it and she tore up that original document right in front of me.

I am very confused what to do now. Next week I have to meet the agent again at the imm. office. Actually, I wanted to get some proof that the company terminated my contract, because next I want to apply for compensation.

Could you please advise what would you do in such kind of situation? Should I give her a passport if I don't know what's in the documents? I didn't sign anything myself yet. The company didn't notify me about the contract termination as well. I'm also afraid that she'll just tear up my passport, because she was acting insane last time.

First, translate the document you photographed, and see what it says.  That is sketchy as hell.

Canceling the WP is entirely the boss's problem - you don't need to go there, etc.

Getting your Non-B canceled is your problem - though all it requires is a termination-letter from your employer, with the date of termination specified.

Be prepared to leave the country immediately, or pay 1900 Baht for a "7 days" extension on your next visit to immigration, regardless of what your "boss" says your termination-date will be.  Obviously, don't expect anything from such people.
