Problems at NT Telecom?

Featured Replies

My internet download speed has dropped 250Mb today so I tried to contact NT on 1888 but the call ends automatically. Never happened before.

Also, I am unable to access any of their websites. Anybody else using NT have connection problems or unable to contact them?

Same here... cannot get through to them and no internet..

Found this on X, not a word of information sent to paying customers. Says they will be out all day Sat/Sun and Tue?

Thanks a lot @Digitalbanana. Yes, the paying cutomers won't mind and don't need to be informed! 😠

Thankful I still have 100Mb....at the moment.

Seems to be back online from 7pm Saturday and hasn't gone off again since. Only an apology on their X channel, no consideration or forethought to advance warn users this was going to happen in the first place or explain why they didn't.
